Alexandra Ricard
Alexandra brings 12 years of asana practice and 9 years teaching experience to Open Door Yoga Studio. Also trained in psychology, she brings her years of experience of the mind-body-spirit connection to the class, plus a deep reverence for yoga, both asana and meditative practice.
In addition to yoga, Alexandra finds joy in dance, nature, friends, family and Chai.
Alexandra teaches Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Gentle Yoga.
