Hatha Yoga Classes: are geared for beginners with many variations given so that more advanced students will also enjoy ~ be challenged ~ in the class.
Each class consists of :
Pranayama (Breathing Exercise): to cleanse the body and mind
Asana (Postures): to strengthen, improve flexibility, and bring balance to the body
Shavasana (Relaxation): to revitalize, rejuvenate and heal the body and mind.

Intro to Hath/Power: is geared for students who have little or no experience in hatha/power yoga, or for those who are interested in reviewing or gaining deeper knowledge of breathing and postures.
