Hatha Yoga Classes:
Geared for beginners with many variations given so that more advanced students will also enjoy ~ be challenged ~ in the class.
Each class consists of:
Pranayama (Breathing Exercise): to cleanse the body and mind
Asana (Postures): to strengthen, improve flexibility, and bring balance to the body
Shavasana (Relaxation): to revitalize, rejuvenate and heal the body and mind.
Intro to Hatha:
Geared for students who have little or no experience in hatha yoga, or for those who are interested in reviewing or gaining deeper knowledge of breathing and postures. Some of these classes (the ones with no teacher name listed) are taught by recent graduates of our 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training.
