After awakening to the joy & spaciousness of a yoga practice in 2000, Jolene trained formally with Prana Yoga College, then continued her studies certifying in Yin Yoga and Vinyasa. With over 6000 hours of experience & training, she continues to study the art of yoga and the science of energy with teachers who inspire her locally and internationally. Jolene’s approach to yoga is ever evolving, just as life is ever changing. Pooling her wealth of knowledge, artistry, and insight Jolene will take you on a journey through the physical body as she guides you into a creative flow of Yang to Yin postures, while embodying breath as a tool to unlock the body’s daily response to stress and tension.
