I use yoga as a pathway to support an attunement to our own fluid system biology, which fosters connection to ourselves and the world around us in a sustainable, compassionate manner, regardless as to age, gender or physical capacity.
Movement is cultivated both mindfully and joyfully, using sound, mantra, asana, dance and meditation to allow energy to hydrate and open our bodies and minds in a way that is sustainable and life-affirming.
Connection fosters all learning and begins first and foremost within our own rhythmic bio-sphere. When this connection is encouraged life has the capacity to open up to curiosity and wonder.
This event is fully booked.
