This workshop explores yogic teachings on karma, dharma, and seva, and examines what it means to live a life of purpose, fulfillment, and connection to the Divine. Saturday Dec. 9 1-4pm @ Main/14
This ancient text is a hidden gem; revealing the heart of yogic practice- devotion; devotion to that which is infinite, absolute, and perfect. This workshop includes the study of select sanskrit verses as well as the practice of prostrations set to devotional music of Deva Premal and Krishna Das. Sat. Jan. 20 1-4pm @ Main/14
$50 / workshop or $120 for all three
About Farah (Sarita)
Farah (Sarita) Nazarali has been teaching and studying yoga for over 10 years. She is the founder of Drishti Point Yoga Podcasts (www.drishtipoint.ca) and has spent hundreds of hours interviewing and studying with Master Teachers. She currently teachers Workshops, Retreats, and Trainings and is host of Hollyhock Talks Podcast and In Conversation: The Podcast of Banyen Books and Sound.
