A baker’s dozen is usually 13 of whatever you’re ordering. Yogi’s dozen is the twelve classical poses as taught by Sivananda, but you get so much more than just 12 poses!
Take time to ask questions, get pointers and refine entry into, breath within and transition from each of the poses in this classical sequence. Focus mind and calm body with pranayama. Enjoy complete relaxation with brief savasanas in between each set of poses and longer corpse poses at the beginning and end of the session.
