Facial Yoga creates facial agility, tones muscles, improves facial symmetry and muscle smoothness. Eye yoga is powerful and it re-engages our eye muscles improving our vision and is also effective to protect our vision from stresses of light and tension. Come learn more about Hand Mudra, it is a great focus and support to infuse with your meditation practice; elevating your mind and body connection one hand gesture at a time.
