Sadie Lawrence is a highly experienced Teacher; a Yogic Autodidact, who began her path with yoga in 2005 at Prana Yoga College. She then proceeded to study Yoga and Meditation for 7 more years in intense solitude whilst confronting a severe and debilitating illness. “No greater Teacher or challenge has been put before me other than the cultivation and return of my own wellness; mentally, physically and emotionally.
