Oil massage is an age-old Ayurvedic technique for maintaining health. It strengthens the body, calms the mind, and boosts the immune system. It is also very effective in maintaining suppleness, healing sore muscles and joints. Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop on how to support your general health and specifically enhance your yoga practice with the use of therapeutic oils and a simple self-massage strategy.

Eliminate the trip to the massage parlour. Learn to be be your own healer – it’s easier on the wallet and you can do it anytime at home.

In this one-day workshop you will learn:
– The benefits of regular oil-massage
– How to choose the right oil for your body
– A self-massage routine

What to bring: set of old clothes and a towel that you don’t mind getting oily
