Yoga for the Eyes
Learn simple exercises that work to stimulate all parts of the optic nerve and eye muscles. Based on the work of Meir Schneider, author of Natural Vision for Life.
Learn about the twelve principles of natural vision improvement and how to see more clearly and keep your eyes healthy. Practice sunning, palming and specific exercises for astigmatism, peripheral vision, and the macula.
Facilitator’s Bio
Farah Nazarali loves to share yogic exercises that are simple and easy to integrate into daily life. She practices natural vision exercises as part of her daily yoga routine and loves to share and inspire others to care for and commit to the long-term health of their eyes.
