Do you want space for deep rest? Yoga Nidra Meditation is a practice of psychic sleep that guides you through the five layers of self. One hour of practice provides the benefits of four hours deep sleep. Yoga Nidra will relax, rebalance and clear your body and mind of tension. Participants will create a mandala to integrate their meditation.
