Alexa was first drawn to yoga seven years ago during a turbulent time in her life; She was looking to find more movement and to focus on herself. What began to develop was a journey of finding herself again.
She completed a vinyasa-based 200-hour teacher training in July 2015 at Karma Teachers and has been teaching public classes ever since. She has continued her yogic studies by taking Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Pranayama and Meditation training, and has completed over 500hours.
Alexa offers classes that include breath, laughter, and space for each student to be themselves;
it is this connection that arises from the practice that she loves most.
