Alexa McEwen was first drawn to yoga during a turbulent time in her life; she was looking to find more movement and find peace with her body. Since graduating from her first training in 2015 she has taught and continued her study of yoga.  In addition she has studied feldenkrais, functional anatomy, pilates and the axis syllabus giving her a unique perspective.

She offers classes that are rooted in anti diet culture, trauma informed as well as  including breath and space for each student to be themselves regardless of where they are in their yoga journey.  Recently Alexa has become a trained counsellor adding to her space holding skills.
