Restorative Yoga for Deep Presence

In some ways we are losing the skill of slowing down. Our lives can feel like a blur. It might feel indulgent to lie down and rest but our systems are not built to be in a constant state of fight, flight, freeze. Restorative yoga is a passive, introspective and breath orientated practice to help our nervous system shift into a deeply felt relaxation response.
You will need to be able to get down to the floor. Wear your warm comfy clothes.

Bio
I’ve been a yoga practitioner since 1999 and started teaching classes in 2007. My interests lie in helping people develop skills in body awareness and everyday functional movement through the simple practices of yoga. I hope you can join me.
