Nima grew up immersed in the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, and has sought to gain a deeper understanding of the contemplative and therapeutic aspects of these paths over the years. She has taught yoga since 2021 and trained globally with teachers in Classical Hatha, Vinyasa Krama, Nada Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Nima considers herself a lifelong student of yoga and continues to study with teachers who light that special spark.

What you can expect in my class:

We will explore our practice as both somatic and reflective, weaving investigations in mobility, balance, strength, breath and meditation. Take a journey through Asana, Pranayama and meditation through the lens of both ancient texts and modern teachings, while always embracing compassion, curiosity and playfulness.
