Sarah considers herself a life-long student of yoga. Drawing from well-rounded vinyasa yoga training from Toronto’s Mula Yoga, she leads a strengthening and uplifting practice that includes focussed effort and rest. She has experienced incredible physical and energetic benefits from the practice and strives to share those positive impacts with others, whether it’s teaching neighbourhood park yoga, leading virtual movement breaks for colleagues, or sharing reflections and poetry on social media. She is grateful to be a visitor on ancestral and unceded territories of the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh, and Musqueam Nations.
