With 10 years of yoga teaching experience I feel I am finally evolving into the teacher I always wanted to be. In my classes there is time to pause, reflect and to connect with the breath. We will explore yoga sequences and postures with a lighthearted approach.
I’m certified to teach other styles including yin, restorative, prenatal yoga and currently serve as a volunteer teacher for Yoga Outreach who provide trauma informed classes in community service facilities throughout BC.
Yoga is kindness, acceptance and integrity. Yoga is a lifelong practice. I continue to study, to learn and look forward to sharing this knowledge with you.
