I’ve been teaching yoga consistently since 2007 and in that time so much has changed. Not just in our world but on the yoga mat. I offer you a slow class where the emphasis is not on achieving the perfect yoga pose or correcting anyones alignment but more an opportunity to explore body and mind through the practises of yoga . How well do you know your breath? Are you intimate with it? What about how your body feels – do you know?

There will be breathing exercises, meditation, flowing movement, yoga postures + stillness.

Yoga offers us so much more than a sweaty workout – you won’t get that in my class but you will be welcomed, however you show up. I’ll probably remember your name too!
