Deep winter, the coldest darkest time of the year. This class is an invitation to slow down and do less – a radical act in a world where productivity is rewarded over rest.
This class can help with stress, anxiety, and fatigue. No experience of yoga required. Join us!
Sian (she/her) has been leading restorative yoga classes since 2012. She is a trauma informed instructor through Yoga Outreach since 2014 and has volunteered with YO since 2015. “I deeply value this practice as a way to relax and restore the physical body and rest from the constant busyness of the mind.”
