Less is More: Restorative Yoga with Hands-on Touch + Yoga Nidra

What to expect:
This gathering is an opportunity to feel supported while slowing down from the busyness of life. There will be space and time to pause, listen to your heart’s desires and leave feeling relaxed and restored.

The Yoga Nidra Journey – guided by Camellia. A gentle mindfulness-based journey which takes you through breath awareness, visual imagery, sensation and body scanning in order to build self awareness, connection and acceptance.
Restorative Yoga – guided by Sian
Thoughtfully sequenced yoga postures using props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets so the body can rest deeply. You have the option to receive gentle hands on touch while resting but please note this is optional. No experience is required to enjoy this type of practice but do try to avoid too much caffeine before you arrive.
Facilitator Bios:
Sian has 18 years experience of teaching yoga and has a keen interest in the practices of restorative yoga as a way to help with stress, anxiety and to find some ease in life.
Camellia has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 25 years with a focus on nervous system health and balance. She is also a Reiki Master and certified Yoga Nidra facilitator.
