About Natarajan
From Vancouver, Natarajan has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. As an outdoor enthusiastic he spends a lot of time hiking in the local mountains. In 2021, searching for a deeper sense of fulfilment and understanding of life, he left his corporate career and went to India on a spiritual sabbatical. During his time in India, he visited many spiritually significant spaces and spent two years at the Isha Foundation, an ashram in South India. There he went through different types of sadhana (spiritual practices), completed all advanced programs and volunteered in many different capacities. He decided to enroll in the Isha Hatha School of Yoga and underwent the intense program. He has conducted yoga classes in schools, colleges, corporates and studios. A certified 1750+ Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher he is now offering Isha Yoga practices in Vancouver.
