Somatics with Pam

We will deepen your sense of Self and learn to understand and love your stress response cycle. We will move trauma stored in the body and help to find the flexibility to be in the dance of life. It is your birthright to be in your body, come join us and experience it fully. No experience necessary, all bodies are worthy and welcome.

Join us to embody the winter yin energy with a Somatic Sound Journey on November 9. According to the 24 Solar terms of Lunar Calendar,  it’s important for us to prepare our home body with warm nourishment as we enter winter on this day of ‘立冬’.

We will be restoring our body and mind with sacred heart medicine **ceremonial cacao** and bringing in purposeful time to bathe beneath the indulgence of crystal bowls.

Jaime (she/her) is a shamanic sound healer and yoga teacher. She expands her offer as an adventure guide by creating sound healing experiences in wild places while she was living in Clayoquot Sound. Her sessions incorporates rhythmical shamanic drum with the resonance of pure quartz, bringing a full cleanse to your body and mind.

**The session will be serve with a complimentary cup of ceremonial cacao, handmade and prepared in Oaxaca, Mexico.
