Do you ever find it hard to wind down, take a break, or relax? For many people, busy lives and elevated stress levels have become common place, sometimes to the point to where we don’t even notice it until we start to experience the impact on our body and mind.
What if there was a way to change our automatic response of stress to a deep sense of relaxation? Join us for a restorative practice that uses supported floor poses (with blankets and pillows) along with calming meditation that helps release the physical tension of stress and gain a deep state of conscious relaxation
