Lindsey is a certified Yoga Teacher originally from Prince Edward Island, currently residing in Vancouver.
With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, she has studied in the modalities of: Vinyasa; Hatha; Yin; Meditation; Thai Massage and Ayurveda. She considers herself to be a student first and is dedicated to continuous learning in the field of Yoga and Wellness.
She is passionate about offering a safe space where students are free to explore a yoga practice that is authentic to them.
In Lindsey’s classes you can expect to find a well-balanced, thoughtfully constructed sequence, with options to modify or go deeper. With a strong connection to the breath throughout, her classes are designed to act as a moving meditation. Her intention is to have you leave class feeling open and more at peace.
