What to expect in class:

You are encouraged to move at a slower, more steady pace. My intention is to help you feel grounded and calm. The practices of modern yoga (movement, breath and mindfulness) can help us to deepen our experience of being in our bodies. This is what I try to cultivate in my class.  My hope is that we can use these tools to listen deeply, to become more aware of what’s around us, more connected with our community and ultimately engaged in the world we live in – this is yoga. There are always options offered so you can practice at a level that feels just right for you on that day.

Note: No playlist/music is offered in this class.
I’m a trauma informed teacher through Yoga Outreach and have been leading classes since 2007. My practice is inspired by Pete Blackaby + Tara Fraser, my first yoga teachers.
