-Shannon, mom of Hailey, 2.

“I attended Nadine’s prenatal yoga classes throughout my entire pregnancy. I looked forward each week to sharing and practicing yoga in a safe and comfortable space with other pregnant women. Nadine is a wonderful yoga teacher and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence for women through the highs and lows of pregnancy. The breathing and vocalizations we practiced with Nadine were invaluable during delivery.”

Facilitator’s Bio:

My classes are gentle yet strong. They are a fusion of different yoga styles that speak to me. In the physical aspect of the practice I focus on alignment and self-care, while in the spiritual aspect of the practice I focus on balance, self-awareness and JOY. I love to teach yoga because it gives me great joy to share what I know with my students and to learn from the wisdom and energy they bring to class. After leaving a dead-end job in 2006, I certified with a 200 hour yoga teacher training, and then, in 2009, I certified as a Prenatal yoga teacher. As I continue to study and grow my practice, I am amazed by all that yoga has brought to my life; a new outlook on life, a fresh start and lots of love. In addition to working as a yoga teacher, I am a professional photographer and artist. I am excited about the process of drawing out beauty from within. On and off the mat, I can be found capturing life’s beautiful moments in stillness.
