This practice is a pre-warm up for the arm balance workshop in the following week, opens for all level and Evelyn will offer a mindful selection of modifications and variations preparing for different stages of practice. All you need is the curiosity and willingness to try!

Introducing arm balance poses step by step, offering preparations and modifications suitable for all levels. We’ll dive deep into variations and provide an insightful anatomical analysis to help you understand the mechanics behind these poses. You will learn the reason we fall from poses and how to enter & exist safely.
🧘♂️ 30-minute Warm up
The dynamic warm up designed to build strength in your arms, shoulders, and abdominal wall from gentle stretch to intermediate poses with options to advanced move, preparing you for arm balances and inversions. You’ll learn how to approach, hold, and gracefully exit these poses, all while ensuring your safety.

– Deepen your understanding of the mechanics behind these poses with anatomical analysis of poses
– Strengthen your arm, shoulder, and core muscles.
