Description: tarot//yin is a nice thing to do for/with yourself on a Friday evening. Low key, intimate, cozy, this class encourages you to show up with crystals, journal, and deck(s) in tow for a night of self exploration through movement and reflection. Yin yoga will be the backdrop of the course – there will be poses, etc – but if at any point you feel called to stop and write something down, or draw a card, please feel free. Facilitated by Heidi from Tarot Times With Heidi, there will be cards pulled throughout the class to help guide our time together.
Facilitator’s Bio:
Heidi is the owner/founder of Tarot Times With Heidi, a local business that offers readings, counseling, tarot classes, and community offerings. Heidi has practiced yoga for over 25 years, appreciating all the different streams and nuances they bring, and got trained up as a Yin Yoga Instructor during the heart of the pandemic, graduating in 2021. They can’t wait to share their tarot and yin passions as tools for introspection and self development with the Open Door Yoga community!
