Delight in a nurturing yoga experience that will leave you embraced by restoration and renewed energy. This series of workshop will prepare you to be ready mentally, physically and emotionally for the journey into parenthood. It will also bring together a circle of remarkable mothers from your neighbourhood, fostering a sense of community. These classes are thoughtfully designed to support your evolving body and the myriad emotions that come with pregnancy. We delve into the art of breathing, the function of poses, and science of meditation, and the power of visualisation, all woven with a touch of serene relaxation. Yoga’s offerings extend beyond, including enhanced flexibility, strength, circulation, balance, and so much more. You will learn accessible exercises that you can practice at home and cultivate a deeper self-awareness, unlocking a wellspring of inner tranquility and equilibrium that envelops both you and your baby.
Facilitators Bio
My approach weaves from diverse cultural influences and the wisdom of multiple yoga lineages. I guide my students through a progressive sequence of purposeful movement, seamlessly synced with each breath, inviting tranquility and elation into the yogic journey. Immersed myself with 605 hours of intensive yoga teacher training, which includes the enriching realms of Hatha Raja Vinyasa Krama, invigorating Rocket yoga, nurturing Perinatal yoga, and the functional science of stretching practice. Visualise myself as a lifelong yoga student, my journey of exploring never stops. Teaching a minimum of 300 hours every year provides me first hand experience to enrich each class. My ultimate intention is to bestow upon my students nothing short of my best efforts, weaving authenticity, restoration and care into each moment we share.
