The class is designed to be accessible to kids as young as 4 and interesting for kids as old as 8, but anyone who finds the practice beneficial is welcome to attend.

Ainsley is a Certified Yoga Teacher and a mom of one. She believes in creating a space where mamas can relax, stretch and create friendships while deepening the bond with their babies. Please begin practice 4 weeks after a vaginal birth and 6 weeks after a cesarean birth. Pre-mobile babies are easiest to practice with.

Dee Willock is an author and meditation instructor who has developed a new approach to meditation that is accessible and non-threatening. Falling Into Easy allows participants to gently begin to explore both the practical and intangible nuances and benefits of a meditation practice.
Both beginners and on-going meditators will benefit. Spend an afternoon with Dee Willock and finally learn to meditate.

Instructor: Dee Willock is the author of a new book, Falling Into Easy. Dee has been teaching meditation and yoga for 24 years. Her experience has led to a down-to-earth, practical and accessible approach to meditation. In addition to teaching classes and private lessons in Vancouver, Dee has taught her system in the US and Europe.

She believes in the power of practicing yoga through pregnancy to build a deeper connection to the changing body, the breath and to bond with the growing baby.
