I am a 200-hour-certified teacher that graduated from Open Door’s Yoga Teacher Training Program. I provide safe and accessible classes to all students, no matter the level, age, body type, or experience. Aspects of my professional dance-training are often integrated and classes are set to playlists to match the mood. Hands-on assists are integrated to help with relaxation and de-stressing. Modifications and counter-indications are always given to prevent injury and stress. Short meditations are offered for self-exploration and inner peace.
