Anchi has been practicing yoga since 2007. Her Power Yoga classes are deeply influenced by her training in the Ashtanga style, which has also greatly influenced her life. In her power/flow class, expect a structured and energizing sequence that allows you to explore your edge or take a step back to relax. Because yoga is such a personal journey, Anchi provides modifications and hands-on adjustments to meet the different needs of different bodies. She also always leaves silent space for students to tap into their internal territory. Anchi is also certified in prenatal,yin and restorative yoga.
