Class will not be held on the Easter Long Weekend, April 15th.

8 weeks $108 plus gst

The session price is prorated weekly so if you join us later you don’t pay for what you missed.

Drop-ins are welcome, $19.05 + gst.



Prenatal yoga on Saturdays is held at our Main & 15th studio, located at 175 E 15th Street.  Please enter from 15th across the street from Burgoo.



The class is run as a workshop series and is 8 weeks for $108.  Drop-in is also available for $19.05 once class is in session. When you make a commitment to the class and sign up for the full series you save. As well, prices for the series will be prorated weekly until half way through so you can still join us after the first class and enjoy the convenience and savings of a prenatal pass.

All students holding a current unlimited Open Door Yoga pass receive and extra 40% off the pass and drop-in fee.

Pre-registration is the best way to ensure your spot in class as  spaces are limited.  Classes will run each week except statutory holidays or if otherwise noted.


Who may attend:

Any pregnant woman at any stage of pregnancy is welcome to attend- its never too late- its never too early. It is always advisable to check in with your care provider (doctor/midwife) to see if yoga is suitable for you at this time.


Class description:

Enjoy a nurturing yoga class that will leave you feeling rested and re-energized. The practice of yoga will bring your body, mind and breath together in a way that will help you prepare mentally, physically and emotionally for the challenges of childbirth and beyond ( parenthood). You’ll also get meet other mamas in your hood. These classes are tailored to support your changing body and the hi’s and lo’s of pregnancy. We focus on breathing, postures, meditations & visualizations topped off with a healthy dose of relaxation.


A regular yoga practice fosters a deeper awareness within you, and reminds you of your vast inner resources, creating a sense of inner calm and balance that is beneficial to you and your babe’s well being… isn’t it nice to know that as you take care of yourself, you’re also taking care your growing baby.
